NGCE Poster Exhibition & Award Ceremony (2025)
To mark the completion of the course LANG0036: Nurturing Global Citizenship Through English, the poster exhibition and award ceremony was held on Feb 14, 2025 at HKBU TriAngle.
Featuring 25 thought-provoking posters designed by HKBU students, the exhibition advocated for social, political, and environmental changes in various global issues, such as racial equality, global labour and employment, and gender equality.
Staff members from various departments in HKBU, including the Programme Management Committee and the Language Centre, came to appreciate students’ work. Our students presented their work and shared their learning experiences in the programme with guests. Thank you for your enthusiasm and stimulating discussions!

At the award ceremony, top achievers of LANG0036: Nurturing Global Citizenship Through English were presented with a Certificate of Excellence and an authentic SDG lapel pin to celebrate their outstanding performance.
Students also took to the stage and shared their learning experience in the programme and advocacy plans for the future with our guests.
